We set up target Division for the vacuum coating industry. We produce high pure titanium targets, copper targets, nickel targets, zirconium targets and nickel-copper alloy targets. We make use of hot isostatic pressing process to produce the chromium targets and titanium aluminum targets, which have passed the third-party testing authority and the EU testing standards.

Our introduction of plasma spray machines with complete installation and commissioning can produce magnetron sputtering targets with chromium, nickel-chromium targets and other products independently. Our products are widely used in electronic semiconductor coating, flat panel display coating, optical storage coating, photovoltaic solar surface coating, surface engineering and other industries.
